Summary: This thing was great! I needed a wireless router that could travel through 5 walls (two being cinder block) and about 150yards in a warehouse type setting. This router can do that and gets even better when you beef up the antennas on it. The connection is stable too.
Summary: I have had this router about 3 months now. Best one I have ever owned. After updating the firmware, I have had no problems at all. My old D-Link router had to be rebooted at least once to twice a week due to freezing up.
Summary: There were two red flags I should have paid attention to before I ever bought this router. A company bragging about great tech support and claiming 600 mw is high powered. Since the max power for a router in the U.S. is 1000 mw, I'm thinking 600 mw would be more like medium power.
Excerpt: Not as easy to set up as some described, at least on my PC, and I tried it on a Mac. Step 8 - I had to eventually install the cd because the set up wizard could not configure the internet connection after trying four times automatically and manually. The signal strength is good and it is fast enough.
Summary: Amped Wireless R2000G setup in less than 15 minutes. I did the generic setup first using the setup.ampedwireless.com then cam back and set my WPA/WPA2 password and SSID name. Nice thing is, If I loose power, I do not loose settings. I had a Xfinity/Comcast Arris TG862G-CT with battery.
Summary: Two GOTCHA's to watch out for: 1. If and only if (logic question) you are setting up an Amped Wireless SR20000G smart repeater to an Amped Wireless R20000G,m you must disable your computer's wireless and connect to the SR20000G.
I have been using this router for several years now ...

Summary: I have been using this router for several years now, and it has never let me down. Unfortunately, I occasionally let myself down, such as when I changed the access password, but forgot to enter the change into my password safe.
Summary: I have bought 2 units in the past month. 1st unit turned up easily without problem, and seemed to have better than the average wireless router output power. I then added 9dBi antennas and got increased range as expected.
