Summary: This rice maker is great when you're having people over. It cooks the rice to perfection, and doesn't overcook or dry it out. I have to admit that it's just too much for just a 3-person family meal, so we don't use it on a daily basis. Bottom line, though, I'm happy we have it, have no buyer's remorse, and would recommend it fully.
Summary: I just need a 10cups rice cooker . This product has meet my expectation except the lid is not open wide enough when I insert the inner pot, I have to adjust then place it. Which I am ok with that. For the price I purchased I am happy with that plus most of my kitchen appliances are Zojirushi. I trust them.
Summary: Cooks rice fast and moist. Have the bread machine for years and my first rice cooker was a Zojirushi which lasted for years. Tried cheaper and other brands but ended but changing them every so many months so decided to buy again a Zogirushi. You cannot beat their quality.
Summary: The greatest thing I love about this product is that once the rice completes the cooking process, the button pops automatically to the "keep warm" feature. I have had this particular rice cooker now with little to no problems.
Summary: I like this rice cooker. I have this for more than 2 years now and it's still working. The things I don't like are:1) As soon as you plug it in, it goes automatically to "warm" so you have to make sure you switch it to "cook" otherwise, your rice won't be cooked. 2) The rice at the bottom is hard not soft.
Summary: It has been working great so far. The rice quality comes out fine. Its just too big to move around. So far so good. Lets see how its life is (one of the biggest problems with rice cooker: they fail quick)
