Summary: This rice pot was not what I expected. The price was great, the size was what was stated in the description. But the cooking capabilities, not so great. The reason you buy a rice pot of this sizemail is to be able to make more rice. With this pot, I had to make way less than this pot can hold.
Summary: This is exact size what i want. We cook rice every day and some times twice a day(of course not 14 cups every time). Packing was nice. Arrived with a manual, and product warranty. I will update my review once i experience cooking in it.
Summary: This is a very good rice cooker. No unnecessary bells and whistle, just what is needed for a perfectly cooked rice. I have a smaller Black and Decker rice cooker for 4 cups. Still works great after 9 years but I had to buy a bigger model due to family size increase.

Loved everything about this except the short lifespan of 3 months, and a doz times used.

Summary: Love everything about this rice cooker, including the lid handle. First thing I cooked was a roast chicken to fork tender. Cleans with just a wipe. And, a spoon was included! Love the rice spoon.
