Broke quickly. Warranty repair not worth it!

Brian H. "amazonian", Amazon
  • Summary: It's a nice little rice cooker (emphasis on little), and works as advertised--but not for very long. I bought the cooker for use by my tenants, and they use it a couple of times a week to make rice. That was fine, until it broke about two months later. Since it was under warranty, I filed a claim. The company does not repair the cooker, but replaces it.

Broke within 3 months

Sarah E. Young, Amazon
28 December 2013
  • Summary: I was initially pleased with this product, since it tells you how much water to put in and cooked rice and quinoa nicely, and going to "warm" after finished cooking. It broke within 3 months of purchase, however, simply stopped working, which others who commented experienced also. I have now purchased a Zojirushi rice cooker for a bit more money and will hopefully get much more use out of it!
