Summary: I will never cook rice on the stove again! It cooks my rice perfectly every time and I love it. There's no messy clean up or anything and it sets perfectly on my counter without taking up too much space at all.
Summary: Zojirushi NP-HBC10 5-1/2-Cup (Uncooked) Rice Cooker and Warmer with Induction Heating System, Stainless Steel This is the Zojirushi I have at home. According to Amazon, we bought this in October 2011. Every day, sometimes twice a day, we need to cook a full pot of brown rice.
Summary: Easy to use, easy to clean.. must rinse rice before cooking. I haven't tried flavoring the rice and I wish that you could do this with out worrying about ruining it. Nothing in the book about it.
Summary: Pros: Non stick interior pan. Doesn't burn rice when on warm setting. Cons: Little drip catcher can be a pain to keep track of. Highly recommend this rice cooker. I routinely make 4 cups cooked and it is perfect for that amount. Have not tried larger amounts yet.
Summary: I don't like the rice cookers that have a removable lid and look like a steamer. I like the Japanese styled ones that usually have flowers on the exterior. This one doesn't have the fancy flowers but its the perfect size and I love it.
Summary: I love my rice cooker and use it almost every day. I'm a college student and work part time so I don't have a lot of free time but my new little buddy the rice cooker saves me a lot of time since all I have to do is push a button.

Summary: I bought this rice cooker at the store only because it was the absolute cheapest one there, so I didn't have high hopes for it but wanted to make more meals with plain ole rice. Turns out this thing works perfectly!
Summary: It is one of the cheapest rice cooker around. Great for cooking for a small family or one person. If the right amount of water is used, one cup of (uncooked) rice is perfectly cooked in less than 20 minutes. Quick compared to more expensive brands. Highly recommended.
