The Logitech Universal Remote RF20 is a universal remote control that can be programmed to operate various brands of one or more types of consumer electronic devices. Created by the Universal remote control group, the Universal Remote RF20 is 8.5 in x 2.5 in x 1.0 in (L x W x H) in dimension and weighs approximately 8 oz with the batteries.

The Universal Remote RF20 can replace up to 10 remote controls and operate an entire A/V home entertainment system. The LCD screen is 0.875 in x 1.875 in dimension and can be customized together with the function labels to suit the user. The remote is also made for comfort and convenience with its comfortable navigation via a combination of wear-resistant buttons and a 5-way thumbpad for operation of menu-driven devices. Besides that, with the MRF-100 RF receiver, user can take advantage of "whole-house" (through walls, cabinets and floors) operation. This is due to that capability of the remote to send both IR and RF signals. The remote is capable of sending RF signals from a range of 50 feet to 100 feet and IR signals from 30 feet to 50 feet. The Universal Remote RF20 has over 1,000 built-in codes for easy programming of products from all major brands. In addition to that, users can also instantly add and access up to 40 favorite channels with the press of one button. The remote also allows users to automate regular activities with 432 macro buttons, each with up to 190 commands. The remote uses four AAA batteries to function. Apart from that, the Universal Remote RF20 can also retain the users programming without batteries up to 10 years.
