- Summary: Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't. Very frustrating. Returned it and got a Philips SRU5107 which works great!

Misleading packaging

- Summary: The package says that it is "Guaranteed to work with all brands." Call customer service and they will tell you "It will work with all brands, but not all models.
