Easy to Use

Molly, B&H Photo
19 November 2014
  • Excerpt: This presenter is easy to use and simple in design. We utilize this remote in a packed classroom which has a laptop hook-up inconveniently placed in the back of the room. Great remote. This remote doesn't have a timer function which vibrates to let the speaker know that time is up, so if you'd like this function, you'll need to upgrade. You must plug a USB into the computer you will be utilizing, so if you are super forgetful you may misplace this essential part.
  • Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Very Convenient
  • Cons: Easy To Misplace Usb, No timer

Works pretty well

  • Excerpt: The setup was extremely easy. Basically plug 'n play. Had excellent range as I could go to the back of the room in which I was speaking and still it would work effectively. The laser pointer is OK but weaker than the laser pointer I received from a sales rep giving them away for free on another item. I was a little stunned that it wasn't stronger. All in all a good purchase. The laser pointer does work although a little stronger would be better.

easy pointer

  • Excerpt: I have used this type of pointer in the past with my Powepoint presentations. I have been looking for my own presenter to go on sale. When I was in the store the other day I noticed it was on sale and so I purchased it. It works like the one I have used in the past and it has its own case. I am pleased with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone in need of one.

It Works Well!

Mike - Accounting Instructor, Staples

  • Excerpt: Comfortable to hold, easy to use, decent laser light, set-up is very quick. Only downside is how close the advance button is to the button that blanks the screen. I use it in my classes, and too often I "overlap" the button that will advance the slide, and touch the button that turns the screen to black. Quite distracting. Maybe it's too small a unit in general, or the design of the buttons so close to each other causes this to happen.

useful product

  • Excerpt: Bought in presenter in desperation after I bought a PowerPoint projector and needed to give a presentation at a meeting - realized that I had no way to change my slides through the projector. This Presenter did double duty since it also replaced my hand-help laser pointer - it was easy "plug-and-play" and worked perfectly with my computer and is conveniently sized and very responsive (at least at 30 feet away). I would buy one again.

  • Excerpt: Works like a charm. I walk all over the room and can use the laser-pointer or advance slides with no hiccups.

Logitech R400

College Prof, Staples

  • Excerpt: The Logitech Wireless Presenter R400 is a good PowerPoint aid. The slot to carry the receiver is a good idea and helps to keep it from getting lost. The only down side I have encountered is the blackout button is right next to the forward button and if I'm not careful, I wind up blacking the screen instead of advancing to the next slide. A guy with big hands might have even more trouble. Otherwise, it does what it is supposed to.
