Pros: I waited over one month to write this review even though My opinion hasn't changed. Completely impressed from the packaging to the EASIEST set up ever. This guys is the greatest product ever invented. I was soooo nervous that my lovely wife would not understand it, It's so EZ that even She wishes...
Cons: You can still loose it in the house, as it doesn't have a paging option.
Summary: This really is a "universal" remote. It replaced my TV remote, surround sound receiver remote, cable TV remote and Playstation 3 remote. They work great, as long as the IR blasters do not move, and lose sight of the device they are controlling.
Pros: -Easy setup -Great functionality -Can be used with mobile device or smart phone -Awesome customizations
Cons: -Sometimes, the mobile app does not work properly -Have had the hub lose connection to the wifi for no apparent reason once or twice -Bluetooth has lost connections as well a few times
Summary: This is an "activity" remote, which has been highlighted by Logitech's customer support many times during my interaction. If you've programmed remotes to do anything beyond the simple coordination of turning things on and off - you can't do that with the Harmony Ultimate.
Pros: Wireless hub blasters, bluetooth, touch screen, good form factor all make a compelling experience if you have a simple setup. Great hardware and specs, which makes the lack of ability to customize and use the remote all the more sad.
Cons: - "Activity" remote -> make sure you know what this means! - Capable of handling only the most basic of tasks - Configured via simplistic web application - Incapable of mid- to advanced functionality like you'd expect in this price range - short battery life (2-3 days with minor use), though this...
