- Excellent setup software. Color touch-screen LCD. Feels lighter and more comfortable than its predecessor. Better buttons.
- Pricey. Touch screen requires you to look at the remote to be sure you hit the correct buttons. Glossy black finish shows fingerprints and is prone to smudges.

Harmony One remote

My remote is suddenly frozen - my first instinct is to remove the battrey and put it back in... but how the heck do I remove the battery?? I can't find it - I removed the back cover but am not sure I am looking at he battery!
