This remote is amazing. I have totally fallen in love with it. It was easy to set up, but I spent more time with the wizard than I needed to. Just get past that by choosing a TV or something, and get into the after-wizard configuration. That's where you'll be able to make it do anything you want it to. This remote is a big improvement over my Harmony 660. The keys are better made and more consistent in their response. Programming on line is easy, even for complicated setups like mine. I like the charging station because I hate throwing batteries away. The battery charge lasts a reasonable time, but it does mean that you need an outlet and place to put it. Read more
