• my remote seems to be dead, please help

  My remote has seemingly been dead for a couple of days. The screen is blank, which usually means that if I take out the battery for a couple of minutes then put it back in, it works. However, this is not the case. It doesn't charge at all either. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
