Summary: Even after going through 3 Logitech's because of the cheap buttons that wear out, till today, I would recommend this remote. I bought a new TV and Logitech decided that my remote could no longer support 6 devices today.
Pros: Easy to program and controls multiple devices
Cons: Buttons are cheap and wear out, Logitech downgraded this model to 5 devices from the 6 it originally supported.
Summary: This thing would only control all three devices about 80% of the time. Constantly having to get up and make changes manually. Constant source of frustration. And it eats batteries like candy. I will not have another one.
Summary: I bought this remote today to replace my old 670 which I found hard to read in low light conditions. I love everything about it except I can't use it and forced to return it. It has very stingy and likely arbitrary 5 device limit.
Summary: This is mainly a review of the software without which no Harmony remote can be programmed. I had three working remotes. Adding a new device required connecting one to Logitech servers. This bricked a perfectly working remote. 3 representatives were unable to help.
Pros: Fine remote
Cons: It is just a paperweight without working software
Summary: After a few months of rather limited use (mostly when we used our Xbox to watch videos or the other remote was lost) this remote died. Sent it in to be serviced and the unit was found to be defective.
