Summary: I purchased this remote 4 years ago when I got my first HD tv. I loved it and it finally kicked the bucket about 2 months ago. I abused it pretty much.. went through 2 moves and a divorce. It was only $80 at that time. And that wasn't some special sale, that was EVERYWHERE. Save your money and get a different remote.. or find it from somewhere else. Amazon, this is the first time you've ever disappointed me.
Summary: Easy to setup and use, this Harmony remote may well be one of the best universal remotes to date. Guys, this will be the best electronic gift your wife will actually thank you for (this and a TiVo)! This specific version has a few extra buttons to help simplify interactions with an Xbox 360. Also, it feels great in your hand; it fits nicely, is well-balanced and the arrangement of the buttons is highly functional as well as beautiful.
Summary: What a great little device. I believe this item has been discontinued for a couple of years so you can no longer find it in regular retail stores like Best Buy. So the software included with the remote on the disc is a bit out of date. It's not compatible with Vista, which unfortunately I am running. You will want to go to the logitech website and download the latest version which is Vista compatible. Version 7.6 I believe it is (12/9/09).

Summary: This is the second Harmony 510 I've purchased. The first one is in use on the TV / set top box / DVD-VCR in the den and this one is for the TV / set top box /DVD-VCR in the master bedroom (both setups are identical). What can I say...it does what it says it does. The software is very easy to use and didn't give me a problem setting up my TV / set top box / and DVD-VCR player/recorder. The directions from Logitech are very clear and are easy to follow.
Summary: I got the remote yesterday when I got home from work. aside from having to use a chainsaw to get into the package i have nothing but good things to say about this remote. the instructions were easy to follow and it took about 15 mins to be up and running. i tested it out several times and the tv function wasnt working so i hit help and tried again and it worked. then the remote asked me if this fixed it. i said yes and it works perfect now.
Summary: This remote is awesome. After you get it configured, you can pretty much forget about your other remotes. Logitech has what seems like an endless database of components. It picked up my old receiver, new TV, obscure cable box, and of course my 360. It does take a little configuration to get it right, but this thing is well worth the price. Not sure how I ever got along without it.
Summary: After finally figuring out the remote I feel like an idiot. I just assumed that nothing could really be that simple so I spent 5 hours complicating the situation and frustrating the crap out of myself. When I finally figured it out it was dead simple. I had only to make a few tiny modifications (button mapping) and now it controls my 2 TVs, xbox 360, and amplifier all with one simple remote.
Summary: This remote is too good to be true, at first when in the process of buying the remote, I was a little hesitant since all univeral remotes promote the samething blah blah blah!! But when I saw that it was from Logitech, I checked the website itself and was amazed with the details about the product! So I decided to get it since I trusted the company very much and let me tell you IT WAS WELL WORTH IT!!!

Summary: This is not my first universal remote. It's not even the most expensive one that I've purchased. (That distinction was held by Sony's Integrated Remote Commander. Which, for the record, was my best universal remote to date.) It is, however, by far the best and even at $100 is an exceptional value. Let's look at what it takes for a universal remote to actually be any good, and how this one fits the bill: 1) Universal Compatibility.
I love this remote, but its not perfect... I still give it 5 stars though-see why

Summary: This Logitech Harmony 360 remote really does allow you to replace all your other remotes. Its great. So, what's not perfect about it? First, some of the buttons are hard to press, especially those next to the screen. Second, obviously there isn't enough room on the remote for a button to correspond with every remote out there. So some remote functions will be listed on the screen and you may have to page through several functions to find the one you're looking for.
