Pros: Easy to set up, just be sure to have the name and model number of all your devices you want to control before you start. I like the back-lit controls. Controls make sense and all are easy to access..
Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about it.
Pros: least expensive of the Harmony remotes family - can literally perform any function or combination of functions - totally customizable, you can set buttons however you like - has the ability to "learn" from your existing remotes
Cons: programming the remote would be difficult for non-techies - I almost had to call the help line but persisted and was successful in the end. The number buttons are small and close together.
Pros: The web-based set up is very easy and you get true control over all your components.
Cons: Only controls 5 devices and there is a rattling noise in the remote. I returned the first one and got a new one, but it also had the same rattle noise. ???? I'll be contacting Logitech for answers.

Summary: This is the second Harmony 510 I've purchased. The first one is in use on the TV / set top box / DVD-VCR in the den and this one is for the TV / set top box /DVD-VCR in the master bedroom (both setups are identical). What can I say...it does what it says it does. The software is very easy to use and didn't give me a problem setting up my TV / set top box / and DVD-VCR player/recorder. The directions from Logitech are very clear and are easy to follow.

Pros: PC and Mac compatible. Comfortable in the hand, not heavy, but solid. Sized like a normal remote. The 4 color buttons and the alpha-numeric keypad are perfect for DirecTV users. Supports a variety of products... even VUDU! Backlight.
Cons: For me, if I could add one more device, it would be perfect. Otherwise, this is the best remote that I have ever owned.
