Pros: Overall pretty easy to set up and program via the web. Nice color screen and the ability to add third party logos/icons for favorite channels. Has all the features my other remotes had, plus the ability to program specific feature if missing. Customer ser
Cons: It is a bit pricey, but they have come down a lot and there are good deals all over the web. If your system is complicated like mine with multiple inputs needing to be changed to go from one activity to another, you may need to contact customer support. B
Pros: It is a great remote that really performs. I have tried several others but this is the first that handles my needs. Great range with extender. Kudos to customer support (Claudia level 2-you are the greatest!).They stuck with me and fixed me up.
Cons: The unit appears a little light but if it holds up that is great.
Summary: This remote has a help feature that is out of this world. This feature will ask you if everything is off and if for some reason it's not it will turn it off for you. It will continue to ask you yes or no questions untill the issue is resolved. I love it!
Pros: Easy To Program, Easy To Setup, Ergonomic Design, Money well spent, Nice Button Configuration, Nice Features
Summary: Great remote control, easy to program and work even better with wireless extender for equipments at close cabinet. There was a difficult to upgrade from a previous model from Logitech RC, solved by CTRL+C + CTRL+V at Logitech software.
Pros: Easy To Program, Easy To Setup, Nice Button Configuration, Nice Features, Wireless extender
Pros: The software makes programming very easy for anyone. Able to contol macro delays, re-label soft buttons easily, easy to configure buttons on various screens. Big device database and Tech support is free for 90 days
Cons: Sometimes a little hard to hold with one hand since it is rectangular. Not able to "feel" the buttons so you typically need to look at the remote to use or have good spacial memory with the screen
Summary: Well before I was searching for remotes to turn on each device separately. Now my eight year old daughter takes charge with the Harmony 1100. I was taken aback initially by the price but it is worth every penny. I highly recommend this remote.
Pros: Aesthetically pleasing, Easy To Program, Easy To Set Up, Ergonomic Design, Nice Button Configuration, Nice Features
Summary: I Upgraded from the Harmony One. If you want total control and customization, the 1100 is the Harmony to get. The One is great for replacing all your remotes. The 1100 allows you to create YOUR own remote, is the best way I can discribe it.
