Summary: Good little cooler. For regular wine bottles works great but the taller bottles you have to turn so door will shut. Also comes with a outside handle to install but the directions tell you to use the holes drilled in door but there aren't any pilot holes.
Summary: I originally bought this on amazon. First one came completely banged up. Wrote amazon and got a replacement that was also banged up. The third one, not very surprisingly, was also bruised but not to the extent of the other two so I kept it. Over all, it did sort of what it was supposed to the first couple of years. But than it died. I know this is out of warranty (only 1 year), but thought I would write the company anyway.
Summary: Here's the problem - unless you have a 100% unobstructed area to place this (ventilation wise), it'll never get cool enough. Nice design, looks good - just doesn't chill well at all! 52 is the lowest degree it'll reach. If you like your white wine refrigerator "cold" - this won't do the trick.
Great during the warranty period... Then it becomes a wine warmer

Summary: We had our wine cooler for just over one year. It held standard-sized bottles well enough, had nice lighting within the fridge, and looked as a wine fridge should look. Then, one day, we came home and the temperature gauge read 78 degrees! To verify the temperature (and make sure that the numbers were not in error), we placed a standalone thermometer in the wine fridge. The reading was correct.
Summary: Received this wine cooler and the shipping had no damage and the setup was easy. Now that it is plugged in and working, it is quiet and holding the right temperature. My old wine fridge was a Heier brand fridge and it was a lemon from day one. I will not buy another Heier brand fridge. This one is just the right size too.
