Summary: I would advice anyone not to purchase this Samsung refrigerator. Had it for 6 months now. Samsung Support is not responsive. Ice Maker Makes loud noise for 1 min every 1-2 hours. Can't sleep at night because of the noise it makes. it reverberates thru the whole house. I spent $3000 on this.... not worth it.

Summary: after 5 month ice gets produced very slowly (1/5 of a bucket in 24 hours) the Cubed ice gets crashed when dispensed. Reading the review home depot site I now afraid to call for technician to come in as it will get worth....not sure what to do now. For those who are looking for general review - wireless staff works poor.
Summary: I bought a Samsung refrigerator and the freezer door broke within two weeks. We opened the door no more than 5 times. Customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. We bought a package of four Samsung appliances and two of the four did not work.
Summary: I own an RF267 Samsung fridge. I highly suggest you search online about problems with Samsung refrigerators that are only 2-3 years old. Ours is leaking water. Our in-laws are having the same problem with their Samsung refrigerator. I suggest you do some research before buying a Samsung refrigerator.

This fridge is very roomy, it has good lighting )the LED lights look really cool( and the icemaker is better than other�s I�ve used in the past. Summary: Letter to SAMSUNG: I am deeply unsatisfied on how SAMSUNG handled the warranty policy with my SAMSUNG Fridge French Door Model RF266ABRS. This fridge was defective starting Year 1 and was not repaired appropriately the 1st time. All was done on the 1st service visit was to defrost the evaporator – not fixing the problem itself. Of course, the problem reoccurred 1 year later and every year after that.
BE AWARE OF LEMON LAWS FOR APPLIANCES IN YOUR STATE BEFORE YOU PURCHASE SAMSUNG

Summary: The LCD screen went out after few months which meant no ice or water. I suppose we are somewhat luckier than other reviewers in that Samsung came out and fixed it. After about a year the freezer stopped working. The Samsung guy had to come out about 5 times before that issue was resolved. Our warranty recently expired and now the entire freezer / refrigerator will shut down for 3 or 4 hours at a time and then start itself up again but is now making a very loud noise.
