Summary: I wish I could leave the star area blank because this machine doesn't deserve even one. The unit is only several years old but has had a host of problems, not solved by a truly unhelpful customer service department and repair visits.

Summary: Do Not Buy SAMSUNG they do not stand behind their product! The surface of both stainless steel doors started to rust in less than 6 months. It started with small pits all over the outside of both doors and continued to grow.
Summary: Less than a year into owning this disposable appliance, we had to have all the coils in the freezer size replaced. Now, two years in and the refrigerator side has stopped cooling. Shame on Samsung for making such crap and shame on Sears for partnering with them.
Summary: I have a Samsung Refrigerator which is just over 5 yrs old and needed to be repaired out of warranty. The freezer door on the actual refrigerator never really closed properly as I always had to give it an extra push to make it seal properly.
Summary: This fridge looks beautiful and appears to be an excellent buy for the price. I have had mine for a year now and it does what it is supposed to: freezer section keeps things frozen, fridge section keeps things cool.
Summary: I would give this product and its manufacturer a negative rating if possible. I've owned this unit for approximately 8 months without any issues. One day about a month ago, the freezer decides to stop working.
Summary: I have this side by side, and I have to say it's the worst refrigerator/freezer every! Worked fine for the first 12 months. "Just outside the warrantee, figures" Not only is it the worst appliance I have every owned but Samsung is the worst when it comes to standing by their products.
