Summary: I wish I had read these reviews 2 years ago!.. First our ice maker never worked properly, so we had a replacement water line installed, but that was not the problem.. Now, after only 2 years the fan and/ or compressor are broken. Samsung customer service is horrible, and impossible to connect with.
Summary: Very POOR,had less than 4 yrs and had to replace condenser fan motor,now ice maker is not working properly.Ice maker has never made cubed ice but this is apparently typical for these refrigerators??Will not consider Any other Samsung product unless Samsung reimburses me.

Summary: Calling tech out for 3rd repair in 14 months. I notice other reviews before me show same thing, fan motor 120 bucks. I also had need for a new ice maker 3 months later, 120 bucks. I Will find out tommorrow why there is a buzzing noise up high behind the freezer.
Summary: Had this model 2.5 years and the pump/compressor needs replaced. My 25 year old Fridgidair is still running in the garage. Lucky it has a 5 year on the sealed parts. Will not buy a Samung again. I lost $500 worth of food stuffs.
