Summary: The fridge looks great but thats about the only good thing I can say about it. It cools very unevenly with things in the back being frozen and things in the front and on the doors being spoiled. Further, we had a horrendous leak from the bottom of the fridge that nobody could fix it. Our extended warranty company apparently doesnt fix Samsungs and Samsung customer service could not solve the issue either. Very disappointing considering we paid $2500 for this.
chinsy, plastic breaks right off the interior of the unit, pricey replacement parts

Summary: I bought a Samsung French door refrigerator 3 years ago. Since then the in-door shelves have cracked. The plastic door liner that the shelves set into on the water dispenser side actually came off the unit entirely. Each in-door shelf costs about $20 to replace and there is no way to fix the damaged door liner so we must replace the whole water dispenser door for a price of about $500.
Summary: How many ways are there to say junk? The handles kept falling off, had to have factory service out for that. Many of the shelves cracked and drawers could not be opened. What finally did it in was the ice maker, which ran non-stop. Samsung was willing to come out and put a new motor in it, for a mere $500! I should point out this is the THIRD Samsung appliance to fail in three years. (They came as a suite in a refurbished home.
Summary: Over $2,000 for a refrigerator. Stopped working after 3 years! Hundreds of dollars of wasted food later and after 4 weeks of back and forth with the samsung repair people and almost $200, it's fixed. Samsung customer service would not reimburse for repairs since it was past the 1 year warranty. Is it me or is it ridiculous to charge $2,000 on a fridge that stops working after 3 years and needs fixing??
Summary: We had just started using this refrigerator about two weeks ago and the complete freezer is frosted over. I have it set to the warmest level it will go and now will have to set up a service call to get it fixed..
Summary: My refrigerator makes me sad every time I look at it. This was a huge expensive purchase for me and my first new fridge in many years because my old one lasted so well. I did a lot of research and chose this Samsung model 2.5 years ago. It did great till the warranty ended. Then the freezer drawer kept getting stuck and we found a huge sheet of ice under it. Cleaning it up didn't help and it kept coming back.
Summary: I have to admit, I was lured in by the look of this Samsung refrigerator. That is about all it has going for it! The generator is very loud and sounds like a plane taking off and goes on and off all day long, loud enough for everyone in the house to hear. The ice maker is awful and frequently jams.
Poor quality-will never buy a samsung fridge again

Summary: Purchased a samsung fridge a little over a year ago and has been nothing but a disappointment. I spent more $$ because I thought I was getting better quality which turned out to be a mistake. The main issue is the water dispensing system. Worked fine for about 6 months and ever since then has been making a noise when the water dispenser is engaged. Samsung recommended changing the filter which fixes for awhile but the issues repeats the same way.
Summary: Where to begin? Routinely it freezes my veggies, so I have to throw them away. Ice builds up below the meat/deli drawer, and I have to chip it out. Two of the door shelves broke when we opened the door (it's not like we were man-handling them). The freezer door handle broke at the latch. Looks like a cheap piece of **** now, after owning it maybe 3 years max. The produce drawers are not big enough. The ice maker is very loud, slow to make ice, and has small capacity...
