Summary: Finally, a functional design that works! Love, Love, Love this fridge! From the double doors, sliding shelves, middle drawer that eliminates opening the top doors (for frequently-used items), multi-compartment freezer drawer, to the ice/water on the door - every feature is superbly designed for ease of use. This is a must have if you want a user-friendly kitchen!
Summary: I would not buy this paid $2000 for this and the ice maker is not working Samsung would not fix it!!! They only have certain tech who can even work on it. Horrible customer service and product from Samsung!!!! If I could do minus starts I would!!!
Summary: I like this refrigerator a lot. The only thing I think would have been nice to know is that in a lot of homes, this refrigerator will need to have the doors removed in order to pass through some doorways which may complicate delivery. I probably would have paid for the white glove service if I had known this would have been an issue since it is a larger refrigerator.
Summary: Nice refrigerator. My wife and I really looked forward to the ability to have large serving trays for our parties stored in it. HOWEVER, the ice maker is just unacceptable! It makes enough ice for one person a day! We always run out of ice. If you buy this, be prepared to need a separate ice maker.

Summary: Don't ever buy a Samsung Refrigerator. Learn from my mistake. Been serviced for the same issue below. Had issues for the past 4 years. Now that the warranty is up, they refuse to stand by their product. There is a defect on the design of the water condensation drain on most of their refrigerators (not sure if they have fixed it yet) where it ices up and prevents water from draining to the bottom of the fridge.
Summary: Our refrigerator turned 3 years old and started to go downhill. It started out that my husband's ice cream just wasn't cold so we thought maybe one of our 2 small children was playing in the freezer or maybe we simply had too much stuff in there. So we did a little spring cleaning in the freezer, and still no joy. We called a repairman who decided (with about 3.6 seconds of troubleshooting) that it was the computer board and some switch.

Summary: This fridge is unusually noisy. When I pay for what is suppose to be an above average appliance, I do not expect to get a low quality product. This this is embarrassing when running. If this is the quality of products you are producing, don't expect to get a good reputation. How would you release a product in this way, I'll never know. Unhappy!!!!
Summary: It has a nice lay out but, should have skipped the ice maker all together. First the ice maker slowed down and quit making ice and then it started leaking into the bottom of the fridge. The deli drawer is not useable and the vege drawer under the ice maker grows mold unless taken apart and dried on a regular basis. There is no Samsung tech available in our area and since it is 2 years old not under warranty anyway.
Summary: I bought this Refrigerator for 3 years and these model ICE maker and freezer did not work. After 1 year, the freezer die, call the service man they charged $250.00 for the repair. After 1 year, the same problem occurred, then I they will charge another $250.00.
