Summary: I have a Hotpoint fridge freezer RF185B, fridge drawers very fragile cracked after a few months, door seal coming loose, build up of ice in freezer, and now the thing has stopped working after 18 months and Hotpoit want 114 euros for a tech to come out, do i look stupid?
Summary: Purchased this fridge/freezer 12 months ago. Have lost 2 freezer full of food because of the same fault. It requires a new Module board. Engineer has been today again, none in stock hotpoint customer help line do not care, offer no loan of appliance and have to wait for part to come in stock. Can't give a morning or afternoon time for appoints , wasting time taking days of work. Wouldn't touch Hotpoint again, not impressed.
