Summary: First one simply quit working. I did get it replaced under warranty. That one lasted perhaps a year and simply quit as well. I often found water from condensation in the bottom. Finally gave up and don't have one of these.
Summary: I purchased this wine cellar as my husband built a wine bar for a friend and added this so they could keep a few bottles chilled and did not want a large cooler. It looked really cool with the rustic wine bar and was built in beside wooden wine storage for other wines.
Summary: Great looking, quiet unit.... but after 6 months the blue led display started to have burned out elements... one by one over the next several nights. then one night we smelled smoke - like an electrical fire was happening - turns out the motor just burned up (luckily we were home at the time)
Summary: This unit (and it's replacements) were a complete pain and I would never recommend them. I received my original unit dead and damaged from Amazon.com which they promptly replaced. It functioned well for a whole three months.
Summary: I wanted to have a small wine cooler in the kitchen so I didn't have to go out to the garage to get a second glass of wine (where my other wine cooler is located}. When I put an opened bottle in the refrigerator it was too cold. This keeps it perfect and looks great!
Summary: I agree, this productr sucks! Mine (bought new) has NEVER worked as it should and after unplugging it last week to use my blender in the outlet, it has STOPPPED WORKING ALTOGETHER since I plugged it back in. Prior to that, out of the box, I could never get it to chill below 56 degreess!! I hate it!!
Summary: The unit showed up with a label, I eventually discovered, stating it was shipped from the 'Amazon returns dept'. WTF? It had scratches, mars, dings in the metal, etc. That ain't new, so why was it advertised as such?
