Summary: I am satisfied with the refrigerator, but it arrived with a large dent on the left side. If I had a large enough carton, I would have returned it. If I wanted a dented appliance, I would have purchased it locally and probably would have spent less.
Summary: I am writing because my fridge broke after only having it for less than 1 year. It has a warranty but it has been 2 months now, and they keep asking for more and more, and not contacting me back with any status. I call to see what is happening with the paperwork and they say, "oh someone should have called you 20 days again. We need ANOTHER picture of the back of the fridge. It was been an absolute disaster working with Haier.
Received very damaged unit and UPS return information was horrible

Summary: This unit arrived very quickly. However, when we took it out of the shipping carton, the bottom of the unit was filthy, and there were big, irregular dents in some bottom bracing pieces. When we checked it with a level, the refrigerator sides were clearly very bent; in combination with the pattern of dents, this information creates the impression that the refrigerator was dropped on a corner.
Summary: The product works as expected to work and its very nice, the only problem is that I saw one for a little less in side of a store but I did not have to drag it out. The delivery came to the door. So that's the pros and cons!!
