Summary: I bought my fridge a few months ago and loved it. UNTIL it broke a month ago. It just stopped being cold. I called F&P and they said they could send a technician in a couple of days (I live in NYC) I took the morning off work and the technician did not come. I called again and the next time they could come was 3 days later. Again, time off work. When the nice technician came he said I needed a new fridge as there was a fault that couldn't be fixed.
Summary: This refrigerator was installed in our kitchen in Dec 2012. We have a small kitchen and wanted a narrower, taller refrigerator and this one fit the bill. It is perfect for two adults--I'd wish for more space if we still had kids at home. It is good looking. I am finding it easy to clean and maintain. I've always had a one door refrigerator and like having the two doors (bottom is actually a draw).

Summary: I have had this fridge for about four years (the same family of appliances, E522B), and the verdict is that its looks, efficient use of space and small footprint (which is a must if you have limited space) are almost outweighed by flaws that are unforgivable for this price range. First, the PROs: Small footprint Great looks, clean, classy, angular Efficient use of space Lots of nifty features and nice touches you'd expect for the price Acceptably energy-efficient BUT...
Excerpt: Well lets start with the important stuff. This is a big fridge. But more so in width than Hight. Why I say this, is because when mine was delivered deboxed and put in to the pre made slot suitable for an American style fridge in my fitted kitchen, yes it fit but was a little too short and left an unsightly gap between where the fridge ended and the press above began. So please take that into consideration before you click an buy.
