  • Summary: Terrible! The back of the refrigerator gets covered in ice and then is supposed to melt and the water goes into the drain. The problem is, everything in my frig is soaked. I had a cardboard carton of eggs and the carton looks like it was soaked in water and fell apart. I have read the manual, called them and this is all part of the normal "defrost" cycle. Things in the back get cold and wet, things in the front never get cold and still get wet.

  • Summary: Purchased the floor model which I was told had a slight dent on the side only cosmetic in nature. Got delivered the delivery guy didn't even bother taking it off the truck as the "cosmetic damage" was a totally smashed corner definitely been dropped off a loading bay. Ordered a second fridge stored it in a secure storage area until we needed to install it, it was packed in a shipping box and was not moved from the time of delivery until the our contractor opened it.

  • Summary: I consider this fridge a glorified hotel bar fridge. It is poorly designed, inefficient, poor quality, noisey and extremely overpriced. In this day and age you would expect all fridges to be frost free, but this one is not. Being a "semi-frost free" fridge, ice and frost will form on the back of the fridge. A water trap/drain on the back wall takes up valuable space in this already tiny and shallow fridge.
