Whether you care about the fiber optic/HDMI audio battle or not, HDMI is where High Definition and Audio is headed and it won't look back. Spend the extra $100+ and get a receiver you can use for a long time. If you buy this one, plan on spending an extra $350+ when you have to upgrade in a year or two to a receiver that can decode the HDMI audio and video signal. Happy shopping! Read more
