I'm not an audiophile, and besides, my wife can't stand me really blasting the volume. This unit replaced a much more expensive ampliflier that finally lost the center channel for my Bose bass + 3 cube speaker system; the sound is just teriffic. I already owned Onkyo for my 7.0 Theater System that also powers our whole-house speaker system. This little unit has just about everything the big one offers.
