Summary: The control board went out within the first week of use. Whirlpool told me to turn breaker off and reset the oven. After (4) months of this problem a service tech was sent to my house. I waited all day for a (5) minute pit stop and the tech to tell me he needed to order a clock.
Summary: We purchased the range in april of 2010; however we were remodeling and didn't open and unpack the range and start using it until august 2010. Since then the oven control panel has gone out 4 times and today makes 5. ALL IN 5 MONTHS!!!!!
Summary: I had multiple repair people try and fix the electronic readout on this stove. Everytime I hit a function key my clock would return to 12:00. I ended up scrapping it as it could not be fixed after multiple attempts, not to mention my wasted time waiting on the repair people.
Summary: The stove top leaves rings from whatever is placed on it such as a lid. I have a big ring right in the middle where I had placed a lid when cooking. It won't come off of the black enamel. I called Lowes, they directed me to their Service Advantage line.
