Summary: I cooked many yrs for our family of four. After we became two again, we ate out frequently. I'm now approaching retirement and an looking forward to cooking again and trying new recipes. After much research I chose this range. Love the look and all the new festures especially the convection Round Two !
Summary: Product is poorly made. Product support & warranty repair is even worse. Sharp sheet metal cuts your fingers. Dangerous, especially to small hands/fingers. In over 6 months Whirlpool has yet to make repairs. Endless run-arounds. One agent even told us this model number did not exist. We've had a dozen service calls, but the wrong parts or bad parts keep showing up. Nobody at Whirlpool seems to care except the poor women who answer the phone and listen to complaints.
Summary: "I am a building owner and I have purchased many ranges for my tenants. By far this is one of the best ranges I have purchases. My tenant was very happy with this range. He thanked me for weeks. Thanks for the great price!
Pros: Looks great. The top grate is wonderful when moving heavy pots around
Cons: I have had the front control panel replaced after six months and it is expensive. Now three and a half years later it is blown again along with other parts. It will cost me more to repair than I paid for it.
Summary: I like the look of this, coming as I had from a freestanding unit. It has a high capacity burner that makes quick work of boiling a big pot of water. The oven heats quickly and cooks evenly. I'm still figuring out all the cook options, but love it so far. The only downside, as with the associated microwave oven is the cost.
