Summary: We like the features and ease of use. We did have a problem with the porcelain flaking off in the overn. LG was very efficient in inspecting the oven and replacing the range. When you use the self clean feature the glass in the oven door becomes permanently foggy.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use, Features/Settings
Summary: Within months of purchasing this range, the control panel started to look worn and dull. We realized the vent from the oven produces so much steam and heat that the black paint on the control panel is chipping away. Very bad design. And I do as little baking and cooking as possible! I probably use the oven maybe twice a week. However, that's just the cosmetic part. We had a burner replaced under warranty and now the oven controls only work sporadically.
Summary: Purchased this from Home Depot. The extra large right front cook element, the non-exposed oven heating elements, and the dual convection were big sell points. The controls are easy and intuitive, even for the 'technically challenged' members of the household.
Pros: Quality, Features/Settings, easy to use, Performance, Style/Design
Summary: We have had a few problems with this product. One thing is the black enamel finish on the back panel came off due to the heat from back burner. The second problem is the on/off buttons do not always work.........sometimes clearing and resetting will help. But, sometimes have to wait hours for it to work again. The QUALITY that we paid for is just not there.
Summary: It took 6 months to finally recieve our range and micro hood...we were given an upgraded micro hood for the inconvenience, though. When we purchased this range, I LOVED the blue enameled interior and hidden lower element. It looked so clean and easy to take care of! The first time I used it, something dribbled in the bottom and the enameling shattered. It now looks like I've never cleaned my oven...it's horrible!
