Pro Line is much better than the Architect Series.

  • Excerpt: Very nice quality feel. Appearance is great with nice clean lines. The double burner cooks very well with a lot of heat. Only negative is that the other burners seem to take a long time to heat and cook foods.

  • Excerpt: only complaint is that takes a while to boil a kettle. i think it has to do with how far the pots sit above the flame on the grates...

  • Excerpt: Bought three months ago. Great upscale look, downfall popping clicking noise when oven is on . It is feature of this gas oven. Need to redesign grates, they are to heavy .

Looks fantastic, hard to keep clean.

  • Excerpt: I am thrilled with how this range looks. My biggest complaint is how long it takes for items to heat up. It seems as if the grates keep the pans high up from the flame and it takes an unusually long time to boil water, etc. I only use the dual fuel burner for most large tasks. Also, the stovetop is difficult to keep clean due to the fact that there are 2 large grates. They are cumbersome to move for regular cleaning.

Very user friendly, just needs some accessories.

  • Excerpt: I have had this range for the past year and I love it. I love cooking Asian foods and the convertable Wok stand is why I considered this range above any other. The even grating makes moving pots easy and cleaning easier. I do wish that KitchenAid would make a cast iron griddle replacement for this range so the right side could be a griddle and the left would be available for pots and pans. Just an idea.
  • Pros: Convenient Features, Design, Easy to use, love the pro-line handles, Performance
  • Cons: a griddle accessory would be nice.

Do NOT recommend at all!

  • Excerpt: Do NOT buy this stove if you have any other choices. I had a jenn-air before which had so much power . The quality of grates, inside of oven, etc was so much better. You could bake anything in any type of vessel. ie/commercial all clad or porcelain, aluminum, etc and it would turn out perfect any time. You could bake on all 3 shelves at once and it would be even heat.
  • Cons: Poor Performance, Poor quality

  • Excerpt: Looks great in my kitchen the easyconvect conversion oven makes baking easy. Had electric stove before that I hated gas faster and easier to control the temperature. Built very well no use of cheap plastic.

  • Excerpt: Have been using this range for over a month. Does a lot better than our older GE Profile. Preheats a lot faster, and love the tri burner. Just wish the warming drawer got a little warmer than it does.
  • Pros: Convenient Features, Easy to use, Innovative, Performance
  • Cons: warming drawer not hot enough.
