Excerpt: I purchased this in March but never got to use it until the end of May. We lost our home on October 29, 2012 during SuperStorm Sandy and had to rebuild. Finally got our Certificate of Occupancy on May 21, 2014. It was a long 19 months to rebuild but we purchased all Kitchen Aid products, microwave, refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The dishwasher is so quiet that I thought it wasn't working the first time I used it.
Excerpt: First let me say, there is one problem we have with this range, we have to clean it, and the metal close to the burners gets greasy, we have tried a few things to take out the grease and dark color, have not hit on the perfect answer YET. Everything we have done with this range, has worked really good, and really like the TWO ovens. After reading a few reviews, where some folks were saying they could not clean under the knobs, here is the answer.
Excerpt: Purchased in November and finally received 2 days prior to Christmas! After reading the reviews and now owning this oven range I couldn't be happier with this purchase and well worth the wait! Even though condensation occurs when first turning oven on it dissipates. Probably the only one thing I've got to complain is I wish the knobs were a little less easily to turn as once you lean on and turn knob slightly gas can turn on without you realizing.
Excerpt: I bought this a couple of months ago. I have only one issue with it. when I clean the stovetop with only a damp sponge, the moisture seems to triggers the ignition to constantly click. The only way to stop it is to pull the heavy stove out and unplug it for a couple of hours. this makes it reluctant for me to want to use it as much as I would like to.
