Summary: I have had this range for about 6 months. It did have a few issues out of the box, a broiler error and very loud convection fans. After service fixed the broiler and took the fans off and reset them on the shaft, the range has been flawless. The ovens are true to temp and the burners are powerful. I really see no reason to spend extra on a Wolf. Steam cooking makes great bread and we had awesome turkey with no basting for the holidays.
Summary: It looks great and the cost was good compared to Wolf and Viking. I have always liked Kitchenaid but I think I might have gotten a lemon. I've had it for about 2 months and the griddle does not drain right...I've had 3 service calls and had to fight kitchenaid to get a new griddle. They tried to feed me some line about how "it's supposed to drain like that..." meanwhile I'm rigging my 7500 range griddle. Anyway...I hope by getting anew griddle might help.
