Summary: What a great looking unit -- too bad the sleek stainless steel outside hides a lousy inside! My wife and I have been looking a more updated unit to replace our 15 year old electric range oven. We thought we found a unit that was both functional, sleek and useful. For the two months that the unit worked, it was actually a great range oven. We found ourselves using the upper oven (although smaller of the two) more than 95% of the time.
Summary: I have had this range for a year now, and regret the choice almost daily. The adjustable size burner (front right) has serious faults with heating and it can take up to 15 minutes to boil a medium pot of water. This, of course, is the burner I need to use most because of it's size. Due to the arrangement of the burners, the cooktop is too "crowded" to use easily.
Summary: The two ovens are both usable. The wide coursing of the heating elements produced uniform heat in both, even when placing a baking sheet on the bottom rack position. But for this price, you darn well should get a few extra inches of heating rod. That said, the fancy extra features have turned me off. 1) The control buttons.
