Summary: I purchased this range in May 2012 as part of a kitchen remodel. Read many reviews before I bought it. I have cooked on both gas and electric ranges. First, the cooktop will NOT maintain a consistent temperature. The center of the front right element is way too hot even with dial down as low as it goes - middle of simmering pot burns and sticks. Element varies from bright red to black - the only thing that varies is how long red vs.
Summary: "I vascillated over which range to get and int he end purchased this one. It is awesome. I was hesitant to get electric but did not want to go down the propane route. No worries this range is unbelievably easy to modualte the temperature. My holidays were a hit.
Summary: This is my second purchase of this range - had to leave the first one behind when I sold my house. I had a similar model in my rental and I liked it enough to buy it again for my new house. It is reasonably priced and I like the warmer and the bridge option. The only real negative is the stainless is hard to keep clean. It would be nice if they would offer a "fake" stainless that doesn't show the fingerprints.
Summary: "Product well designed and well built. Touch sensitive glass control panel a great plus. Stailess steel door and panel easy to keep clean. Looked at many other brands before decideing on this one. GE had more features and build quality was much better. Would definitely buy again.
Summary: I have had my new range for over a month and I love it. It was easy to install. We even used the strip from our old slide in range on the back. It is very easy to clean. My old one burned everything because the temperature was set too high. This one is perfect and with the convection part it makes biscuits golden brown. If you see that it cooks too fast you can also adjust that.
