Summary: I purchased this stove 3 years and 2 months ago. I have had nothing but trouble with the Frigidaire Professional Series dishwasher, microwave, stove and refrigerator since I bought them. I like the look of the slide-in stove. It functions well. However, if you touch a hot pan near the control panel it will melt and take off the gray paint on the panel. My husband hates the loud fan noise that comes on when the cook top is used. I like the convection feature.
Summary: All the negative reviews are very accurate, plus more. I've had my stove for 1 year now, and purchased it locally at an appliance store. I waited this long to review the product because I didn't want to jump to conclusions based on prior reviews. If all the negative reviews still don't have you convinced, then maybe this one will. I sustained slashes & cuts from the door frame as well as from the storage/warming bin when I was wiping down the oven.
Summary: I have owned this model of stove for over two years, and have had many problems. Since the last issue, I have been without a stove for two weeks. Two servicemen came out on two separate occasions and failed to find the problem. Neither could find out why the stove shorted out, nor why the circuit breaker kept shutting down. They said I had electrical problems, i.e., lower voltage than required or faulty circuit breakers.
Summary: I hate this stove and the 'air blowing' oven. It's tinny and hard to get used to the burners. I regret buying it. Frigidaire says too bad. Talk to the dealer. The dealer says 'too bad' talk to Frigidaire. If you have not bought one, DON'T!!!!!
Summary: If you want a pretty stove this it.If you want something made of quality materials you may want to look elsewhere. Frigidaire doesn't seem to value their customers like they did in the past and customer service is terrible. The control panel was represented as stainless steel and in reality is brushed aluminum with a coating that started peeling in a year.I now have a 2000 dollar stove that looks terrible.
Summary: The stove is beautiful when new, love the slide in design and glass cook top. That is pretty much the end of the attributes. I agree with pretty much everything the other reviewers said except that I have not tested the preheat temperatures, but that does explain a few things. Within one week the plastic control panel had a melted scar on it from a large frying pan that was allowed to get too close to the front of the cook top. During the warranty period (thankfully!

Summary: Instrument panel along front is made of plastic. Melts when hot pans touch it. Bought 5 yr service plan but Frigidare doesn't cover. "Cosmetic" damage past the first year. Even if it had happened then and been replaced it would have happened again by now. It's inevitable. Don't buy a plastic stovetop.
Summary: First the stove is beautiful. Next..it has all the features that you could want. Love the warming oven and the warming burner. Have used the "bridge" burner for my grilling pan...works great. You won't go wrong buying this stove. Thanks AJ Madison for offering, and thanks Frigidaire for making this wonderful stove!
Summary: In good design, form should follow function. Unfortunately they put the good looks before the ability of the oven to preheat. I ruined my inaugural convection bake of croissants. They had risen to perfection, and I put them in my brand new "professional" stove when it told me it was preheated to 350 degrees. They took much longer to bake, and when finished the tops were hard and chewy. Croissants shouldn't be hard and chewy.
