Summary: I really spent alot of time reviewing gas ranges and this one was definitely the best for the money. My wife has always wanted a 5 burner stove, now she has that and much more. It is easy to see where Quality and Pride were a part of the manufacturing.
Summary: I have owned this oven for about 2 weeks now and we love it! Cooks great! preheats quickly! We had one small issue with the griddle. One of the protective rubber feet fell off after seasoning it. I called Frigidaire and they are sending me out a new griddle and a pack of extra rubber feet. They were really easy to deal with. The knobs are made of metal and feel sturdy. Most other stoves have plastic or plastic, foil wrap knobs.
Summary: I really like this stove. It has all the features I want, looks great in my stainless steel kitchen, has black ceramic under the burners for easy cleanup (better than the model with stainless under the burners when you clean), the main oven can go into convection oven for baking while the lower oven can be used to cook at a completely different temperature. The knobs even feel metallic, not like the cheap knobs on some other stainless models.
Summary: For the past 6 years I have been putting up with a $5000 Thermador range that, frankly, was a nightmare. It never worked properly and had to be fixed numerous times. The only thing that I loved about it was the commerical grade materials and look of the appliance. When looking to replace it, I researched and researched gas ranges and decided on the Frigidaire. After owning the unit for about a month, I am delighted to say that I am extremely happy with it!
