Excellent Quality At A Mid-Level Price

John K., Amazon
  • Summary: The appearance of this range is very upscale. Not just "professional looking", but obviously built to higher standards than lower-end models. Looks fantastic in the kitchen. This is a mid-level range, with features placing it in the top of that category. We've been using it every day for 3 months now. The oversized oven window was one of my must-have features. It's very nice, indeed - but the tinted glass and dim interior lighting hampers your visibility somewhat.

  • Summary: I love my new stove! It bakes really well, heats up quickly, and the burners rock! On top of it all, it looks outstanding. I'm in love!

Every drop shows. Difficult to clean. Pop out shelf breaks easily. Power Burners Cause Problems.

A fan, Amazon

  • Summary: I regret getting this oven every day. The black cook top is difficult to clean. You cannot boil water without having to clean the cook top. The black shows every water drop. Very frustrating. I had no idea I was going to waste so much of my life cleaning my stove top when I purchased this.

Great value in a range-wonderful cooktop power and even baking in the convection oven

  • Summary: I had this range installed about 6 months ago. It replaced a nine year old Frigidaire gas range which was generally satisfactory but I was always frustrated with the lack of speed of the burners, despite the fact that it had what was, at that time, about the highest BTU burners available on a regular gas range.

A cooks dream machine. The fifth element is a cooks best friend.

  • Summary: The five burners are all sized differently with great control over the flame. Using a griddle over the 5th burner makes me very happy. Super fast preheat. Convection works perfectly, browning items just right. The broiler is a dream.

Fridgedaire doesn't support models more than 10 years.

  • Summary: It seems Fridgedaire doesn't make parts for long. Just threw this equivalent model into the junk pile after only 10 years. Control panel shot and no replacement available, no longer made. I'd go with another brand that can be repaired in 10 years. Seems like I just bought it. 10 years goes by quickly. I have another old stove I've owned for over 40 years and still cookin. They just don't make them like they used to.

Gas stove

Amazon Customer, Amazon
18 October 2014
  • Summary: Horrid stove. When I use the oven for any extended time it begins to over heat shutting down the two power burners in front. I have had this stove for 3 years now and used the self clean in the past, not sure if i trust it now. I have also started to notice the the oven it 50 degrees off. There is this weird white film on the top burner area that appears when i wipe it down after cooking, like a grease slick, but try as I might, I can not get this to shine black.
