Summary: DO NOT PURCHASE THIS RANGE! The 2 year old range turned on by itself in the middle of the night and caught fire. I was awakened by a house full of smoke. The company will not back their product! A service technician told me that another customer had the same thing happen. She had the range replaced and it happened again.
Summary: Used for about 6 months so far. The Oven is great. Heats up quickly and evenly and holds temp. Stovetop looks great when clean, but that takes a lot of work. My biggest problem is maintaining low heat on the burners. Even the simmer setting sometimes sends pasta sauce splashing out of the pan. Sometimes I have to lift the pans up occasionally to keep them from getting too hot.
Summary: The delivery was not so smooth. Although the fellow who worked with me to make the appointment was very accommodating, and the delivery people called on time as they said, the actual delivery left much to be desired. Make sure you know exactly what you should be getting and make sure they give it to you (install anti-tip, use a level, etc.). Had to have them come out again to finish what they should have done the first time. *The range looks fantastic.
Summary: I am pleased with our experience with AJMadison. The range came quickly in perfect condition. It looks great and cooks great. I've used it for nearly a year. My only concern is that the fan noise during baking (not just convection but regular also) and cooling seems to be getting louder. Since we have an open floor plan, this would be a problem if we entertained a lot.
Summary: I like everything about how this stove cooks. The convection oven works well and is very accurated temperature wise. The controls are easy to use. The problem I have had is with the finish. The "stainless steel" finish plate that surrounds the electronics control panel has been a problem. The finish has come off, I've been very careful to use a soft cloth and non-abrasive cleaners. A standard kitchen multi-surface cleaner took off the stainless steel finish.
Summary: We replaced an old dirty ugly slide-in in a home we just purchased. Had some modifications to the island to install but really worth it. we are are still learning all the bells and whistles but this stove performs better than any other we have used!
The oven is great when everything is actually working properly

Summary: I wish I could say we've had no issues, but, alas, we have. First, the top was warped when it finally arrived (yeah, it got here waaay later than it was supposed to, but that's on the Shipper and the Seller). Once that was replaced (2 months later), we could finally use it. Just 5 or 6 weeks later, we had a spring storm come through which knocked out power for an hour or so.
Summary: I can't believe this cooktop surface ever made it out of testing. It is unbelievably fragile and difficult to clean, beyond any range or any electric cooktop I've ever used. I'm using the recommended Ceramabryte cleaner but it leaves a greasy residue and no matter how hard I try I can't get the stains of ordinary cooking messes off. It simply never looks spotless - and I've only been using it for six weeks.
Summary: I've never had a convection oven before, and let me tell you, it's wonderful! This is by far the best electric range I've ever had the pleasure of using. The stovetop is very accurate and heats up so quickly! I can be boiling a stock pot of water in less than 5 minutes, so that's fantastic. The oven is also something that's worth the money paid. It preheats also within about 5 minutes.
Summary: I love the looks of this range. The ceramic cooktop is gorgeous. Still getting used to cooking with radiant heat. I haven't baked in the oven yet, but am looking forward to it. The only thing I don't like are the cheap plastic knobs.
