Summary: I don't even think this range worth ONE STAR !!! Can I also rate "NO STAR" to Electrolux customer service !!! This is the third times in fourth years. First two times, the technicians either ordered the wrong parts or didn't know how to fix it. This time when I saw the error code 75, I called the parts department and been told to replace the main control board ( around $220 ). I ordered and asked twice if that is not the problem, can I return the board. They said "YES".
Summary: What Electrolux neglect to point out is that the front portion of the range stands proud from the body of the cooker so that one is not able to simply slot the range into a pre-existing straight edge 30 inch gap. Only by carefully reading user reviews did I discover that the two options available are either to cut out a slot in the counter top for the front portion, or to leave a 2 inch gap at the back of the range.
Summary: We have had this range since 12/2010. Everything related to the induction cooking is great and the smooth sliding shelves in the oven are great. When the unit works it is a delight and easy to clean. The problem is that it does not work much of the time. The control panel has been replaced 4 times and the control board under the glass surface twice. The unit is not designed for easy service, and the techs who worked on it do not like it. Do not buy it.
Summary: Cooks fast. Beautiful design. Many thoughtful features and very efficient. Boils a pot of water in 3 mins. Problem is an error code (E15) just lit up and chime sounds in regular interval of 3 - 5 mins for the alert. This error is experienced by many owners and so far no conclusive solution (regardless of cost) is found. I guess this stove is like a Mercedes. Fancy but flaky.
Summary: Great design and function - boils water faster than any other induction unit I have owned. One problems is the rubber gasket around the control touch pad comes loose very easily and constantly. The controls and functions are nice and the convection functions produce excellent results and great tasting food.
These poor reviews are all accurate - buyer beware!

Summary: I literally just had the repair man leave as my stove came up with an E11 error code over the weekend. Called Electrolux and they didn't even know what this error was (not in the manual). I tried to turn it off at the circuit breaker, waited the two min. as I was instructed by the customer service rep and the error came back. So I turned it off and waited for the repair man.
Summary: Looks great, just fine when it works, which is getting less and less often. Like so many others, I suddenly started getting an error code that no one can fix -- not Electrolux, not the repair guy. I've had the stove for nearly three years, which is hardly any kind of a lifespan when you consider the cost. When I google the problem, everyone -- and I mean literally everyone -- had to get rid of the stove range and just buy something new, which is what I'm about to do.
Summary: I paid a total of $3,251.31 for this range in June 2011 and now two major control boards have to be replaced and the cost will be over $1,000. I think this is outrageous and I have written Electrolux for what good that will do. I am very upset that a top of the line appliance like this is going to cost that much money in such a short time. Of course, my extended warranty just ran out.
