Summary: We have left Electrolux voice mail messages, even made contact through Facebook. Two days later still no call back. These are the actually messages to Electrolux. Their Facebook response was: Hi Randy, we're sorry to hear about the difficulties that you are having with your product.
Excerpt: Electrolux products are generally reputable, dependable products. I am no culinary chef in the kitchen, so I thought buying a "state of the art" electric range when our old one needed to be replaced might give me a slight edge.
Summary: If one drop of liquid from cooking....like water droplets from a boiling pot happens to "splash" on the keypad....it will immediately short out and give a F-11 code on the keypad. The only way to continue cooking is to shut off the breaker, and after about 10 seconds, turn on the breaker again.
Excerpt: My image of the Electrolux brand has been permanently tarnished. I'm on my third oven and I'm underwhelmed. I've had repeated issues with control panel malfunctions and malfunctioning oven lights. One day one light decided to go off and it stayed off for three months.
Summary: On one hand, I love the range and its features. On the other hand, it has been nothing but trouble. Starting within a few months of purchasing, we started having trouble with the Control Lock feature.
Summary: I ordered my Electrolux Wave Touch Range Model EW30EF65GS from Abe's of Maine online. At first, I was concerned about buying such a large appliance from an online dealer, but Abe's turned out to be great to deal with.
Summary: This was the worst range i have ever owned!! If you use the self cleaning oven the finish will pop off. My range has been replaced 3 times in 1 year. Had electrical problems right out of the box on the 2nd replacement. It is a beautiful range if you want it for looks, just don't turn it on!!
