Excerpt: I just had my kitchen remodeled and chose this Electrolux Range because it had such good features. I love having 5 burners with the capability of making several of them different sizes to fit my pots & pans perfectly. The controls are so easy to reach and adjust very precisely to my needs. The oven is a great size but the best part I like is the pull out rack on rollers. In my opinion, all of the shelves should be this design, not just one.
Excerpt: I am satisfied with the quality of the product. The materials used are very high quality and doesn't feel cheap. The stove works like a charm. With their new touch design to control the burners it feel very innovative and intuitive.
Excerpt: I love this range. I really needed five burners and I wanted two of them to hold large fry pans. The stove top has 5 burners and three of them of multi-sized, two of which have large outer burners. The controls are easy to use. We have had to learn how to control the heat because the burners heat up quickly and are hot. A wonderful problem! The oven also works well.
Excerpt: very sleek looking, with smoothly gliding interior shelving and many options not found in other stoves. However, the top is difficult to keep clean-looking even when using special cleaning products, after only a few uses.
Excerpt: I am happy with the range except once it took two (2) hours for the oven fan to shut off. That scared me. I was afraid it might have caused a fire in the oven electrical system. Lately it has been taking one (1) hour for the fan to shut off.
Excerpt: This range is beautiful and looks great in my remodeled kitchen. I have had issues with it including the oven racks placement and the oven bulb. The latest issue is that the stainless steel trim on the front catches on cook's clothing when you get close to it, reaching to cabinets above the range. It has damaged several articles of clothing and while there is no obvious protruding piece of trim, something is catching.
Excerpt: Overall, I am satisfied with my range but I'm not really sure if it was worth the extra money I paid for Electrolux over another brand. Things I love: -the convection cooking -the built-in look -the touch controls -the smooth cook top Things I'm not sure thrilled about: -there's NOTHING in the manual to tell you to open your windows and turn on the ovens at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until the lubricant burns off - really Electrolux-this would have been nice to know...
Excerpt: This oven is very unreliable. Have owned it for 4 years now and have replaced nearly every electronic control board in it one at a time. Could have bought a new range for the price of repairs. Electrolux will gladly send a repair tech out to charge for another repair but that is the only advice or effort offered from the company. This range looks good but definately not worth buying. Would not recommend to anyone.
Excerpt: We were looking for a replacement slide-in range. Our dealer introduced us to this Electrolux range with touch controls. It is better than any range we have ever owned. It cooks better. It bakes more uniformly. The touch controls are easy to use. The lock-out feature is handy when small children are exploring. We thoroughly enjoy this range, and we highly recommend it.
