Summary: "My Bosch Gas Range is my favorite appliance! I love the sealed cast iron burners and grill plate. Spills are easy to clean up! I love how each burner cooks differently. I also love the different settings by oven has, such as warming, dehydrate, covection, hi and low broil, etc. It really fine tunes my cooking and baking and everything always comes out perfectly! I would definitely recommend this product and would buy it again!
Summary: "We bought the Bosch 700 series gas oven about a month ago, and we are so far very happy with the purchase. The construction of the oven far surpasses the cheap quality of comparably priced ovens. The stove knobs feel fairly substantial, not the super-cheap ones many stoves have. Also, the grate actually stays in place - an issue that, inexplicably, even a few pretty expensive stoves we looked at had. Both the stove and oven seem to do the job quite well.
Summary: we bought this range 3 years ago. It worked great until now. Warranty is over and now the oven doesn't work. We have to have a repair man coming from 40 miles away. For what we paid we expected it to last more than 3 years.
Summary: this model is not good. the design and materials are superb, but the issue with the oven door loosing the seal is a big problem. it makes it terrible to operate oven after a couple years. When in use, the heat escapes and makes oven parts above the door very hot. the side effects: the cooking time is longer, the smell escapes, knobs lose their coating. bottom line: look at another model, if not another brand.

Summary: We bought one of these units in 2008 and have been using it because of the $$$ we spent. It is a dangerous product, unless its design defects have been remedied. In our stove, there is insufficient insulation between the cooktop and the oven. This results in the top of the range being impossible to touch when using the oven. Additionally, Bosch has never been able to get the oven door to close properly.
Summary: I bought the oven late 2008, I am not happy with it. While the stovetop is fine, the oven is horrible and broken, door doesn't close, the handle came apart. I love to make pizza but this is not a good oven for it, it will burn the top and the bottom is still uncooked. When using the oven I have to put a chair with weights on top to keep the door shut but heat still escapes and got burned few times while leaning to get something from the cabinet.
Summary: We are shopping for a new oven. We currently have an Amana Caloric RST399UW gas range bought in 1996. And I thought it was chintzy! All the new ovens I’ve researched, including the one that is the subject of this review, are even more so. For example, visit any appliance department or store and what you find are exterior oven parts that cannot withstand normal cooking temperatures.
