Good, BUT NOT a "Plug and Play" appliance; some tools and a cord required

Summary: Nifty little appliance for small spaces. But. don't expect to "plug and play." 1. you will need to buy a "pig tail plug" with cord and attach it to the stove. [screwdriver]. 2. Also this unit requires a 220 line; you may need to hire an electrician to install it. 3. Unless you pay $25 to the delivery guys, you will need to have an adjustable wrench to get under the wood "skis" that are attached to the bottom of the unit.
Summary: We bought this range, The oven element went out in 13 months. I have tried numerous times to call them. I have given EXACT information regarding what part I need to replace. They call back and ask what part I need, leave a phone number that is always busy and goes to voice mail. The parts are NOT AVAILABLE any where else. It was a complete waste of 500 dollars this site would not let me post without a star rating.
Summary: "Stove is exactly what I was looking for. I buy locally when I can, but this was unavailable. Love the glass in door as well as the drawer. Finding an appartment size stove with a nice appearance is not easy.
Excerpt: This range was a replacement.<br />came in good condition, well-packed, with one exception: there were minor abrasions on the drip pans from movement of the burners in shipping, and that could easily have been avoided with a little padding there. Too minor to spoil things, though. Lovely little stove, bakes perfectly, true temp. Can't ask for more, really.
Summary: J&R was great!! The stove was not. The stove came in about 2 weeks from NY. The box was not damaged but the stove was. It seems they packed a damaged stove. The right side was so bent that the drawer didn't close properly and in turn the oven door didn't open all of the way. I asked for a discount and J&R issued 10%. We went to hook the stove up and realized there was no wiring harness. It does not say anything about this in the online description.
