Mark A. Current "logman (retired) now solarman", Amazon
23 April 2014
Summary: This is one of those things in life that if you never had it, you don't miss it; but once you use it you wonder how you ever got by without it. I was raised in the day of iron sites when if you could see it you could hit it. Now with scopes it is necessary, for safety as much as anything.
Summary: This unit works very well & is easy to use; once loaded. The only problem is loading. The instructions indicate windows & mac are compatible for downloading. I have not been able to open downloads with mac. I had some trouble with windows until I found windows 7; which worked with ease.
This GPS is OK but could be faster. But for the Rebate

Summary: I really don't have a problem with the GPS ONLY the Rebate company Bushnell uses. After waiting 3 months for the rebate check which never arrived I called them and spoke to them about not receiving my $100 Rebate. The said the would send another, but only after I wait for another 3 months.
Good for the money. Especially if you only play a limited number of courses

Summary: This was a replacement for one that I purchased a couple years ago and decided that all yardage was now 999. I purchased 100 courses which are on my laptop and are mine to use with the replacement. The price had dropped enough to buy another.
Overall, I would purchase this item again, as it was priced right for me.

Summary: I purchased the Yardage Pro because it was inexpensive, easy to use and compact. I am going to use it for a upcoming hunting trip. It seems to not give accurate distances when I have been using it on the golf range because you cannot site on anything small, and get a accurate reading.
Summary: I'v been going to get a GPS for some time now. The price have been to high and now the prices are comming down. The GPS worked good the frist time I used it. It does take a long time to down load the golf courses. But after that, all is good.
Summary: I read some of the reviews that said the yardage was off and I found this NOT to be so. My course has stone survey markers for the blue, white and red yardages and from the blue markers it was dead on. The rubber cap that keeps the USB port free from dust and water did fall off after 4 uses.
