I don't see the downside - The Hybrid is great.

Excerpt: The Hybrid is the best I have ever used. I rarely use the GPS since I can see all the greens. Yes, GPS may be off a bit. Either the course was not mapped correctly or toaday's flag, although marked in the center, is not actually in the center of the green where it was mapped. So what?

Excerpt: Had another Bushnell range finder prior to this one. Got this right before Christmas and just used it for the first time. Worked like a charm. Much lighter and smaller than my prior one, and it was great to have the front and back of green yardages.
Excerpt: The range finder of the unit is excellent... but so are the many MUCH cheaper range finders on the market. All Bushnell laser range finders are outstanding. However this "combo" laser range finder/GPS is gimmicky and a battery sucker extraordinare.
