Summary: The game got to me on time, but the game disk and casing had some food of some sort in side and on it. I cleaned it out and it works fine. I love this game, so I'm glad I found it at a great price in working condition.
Summary: I am a veteran of gaming. I have played RPGs since Wizardry came out 26 years ago. This is one of the best portable RPGs available. Amazing graphics for a hand held game, deep story line, full voice over cut scenes with the many of the original cast members, complete ability to customize your super heroes and great replay value make this a must have for any RPG fan that owns the PSP. Where does the replay value come from?
Summary: The sequel to X-Men Legends is a good game. They're are 4 new characters if you want to know them continue to read if you don't go to the next paragraph. The characters are Cannonball, X-Man(yes not x-men X-Man), Dark Phoenix, and Cable. They are all fairly strong. These 4 are just for psp so there's a bonus. There is a disappiontment with this game however. You can not unlocked characters as you go along, as XML did.
Summary: This game is great. I hadn't played my PSP for about three months until I got this (I don't like racing games). I was even thinking of trading it in, but thanks to this game and GTA I'm glad I held on to it. This game even includes the system update. For all of us super comic nerds there are hidden comics in the game that open comic book levels and hidden characters ( X-man!). This game is sweet!
Summary: While at the beginning you might notice minor problems (such as loading time; dark stages; and really small characters that easily gets confused with enemies), later on you wont be able to put this game down. It is really addictive! Especially because every characters have their own powers; that is useful in certain situations/combos/environment. If only there were more people online , i'd have given this game a 5 star.
Summary: Okay, well my thoughts: the graphics are def better on this system. There isn't heavy cell shading at all, instead you get 3D looking graphics. The only draw back is that the screen is a bit too small for the game, its better to apperciate on a console. And the load times for each level or area ranges anywhere from 10-20 seconds (usually the later). HOWEVER the psp version does have its perks.
Summary: I absolutely loooove this game, I have only reached act 2 due to the fact that I have other commitments. But aside from That, It is a great gaming experience, I had x men legends the predecessor on playstation, but that was many years ago, and since dusting off my pink psp that my partner had bought me years ago I thought. What would I most love to play on this console. Xmen it was, and I jumped onto trusty amazon, at Only 3 pounds!! I was already impressed.
Conclusion: This works well on the PSP, being good for just short bursts of playtime or longer goes at it. It features many if the X-Men characters to choose your team from, not just the standard few that usually make it to the games. The online play is also great if you fancy a break from the story mode. All in all well worth it if you can track a copy down.
