Summary: Worms for the PSP. Of course I was interested, but with justifiable reservations. Worms and I go back a long way, even to the DOS days on the PC. The concept of the game is great. It doesn't take itself seriously, it's easy to learn, and hard to master. My best memories were with the original and playing with family members via hot seat. I went the extra mile and recorded my own voice saying silly things and replaced the sound files in the originals.
Summary: everything that this game does have is pure worms greatness. It's a beautiful interface, and its smooth and nice to play with. However, it is lacking in almost every aspect. The arsenal is laughable at something ridiculous like fourteen weapons! have the fun was having a bazillion weapons. Also, there are very few different levels, accents, customizations, play modes, the music is repetative... overall a dissappointment.
Excerpt: Personally i found it extremely addictive from the moment i bought it. I immediately played on it and ended up playing on it everywhere i went, to the point where my parents confiscated my psp. With a large number of possible backgrounds available, due to the different backgrounds and hill shapes, there is an even larger number of combination of backgrounds to chose form.
Pros: Portable and exciting, not predictable
Cons: Lack of a few weapons which were favoured in previous worms games
Excerpt: Well here is a blast from the past for any of you who have been a gamer for sometime, or a fun new experience for any of you novices out there. Worms on the PSP is everything you expect of this lengthy and mature franchise. The concept is simple you have to defeat the other team or teams of worms over a series of destructable landscapes using a variety of weapons (from a stick of dynamite to an exploding sheep) and tools (jetpacks to star trek style teleports).
Pros: Easy to understand, good graphics, great gameplay
Summary: this game is great. if your having trouble finding the right game then this is it, not only will it keep you occupied but has a in depth story mode that will have you engaged for hours on end! if this item is bought you will not regret it this is the best value for money gift you can get! so why not go ahead and buy it? you'll love it!
Summary: Worms open war fare is a good game following on from the highly succesful worms collection. good game play and lots of tasks to complete, however there are only 11 weapons to use, no super sheep, cow, granny, bundgee, holy bomb, and so on the only decent weapon is the bannana bomb and you have to wait 4 ages for a box to fall from the sky to even collect 1. if you like the worms collection then you may like this game ... other wise dont bother!

Summary: I was so looking forward to this incarnation of worms having owned many versions from amiga to pocket pc as well as console versions. Thankfully they haven't tried to create the 3d version on the PSP but instead opted for the classic 2D approach which is no bad thing. The game plays very much like the other versions but with cleaner grpahics and visual effects. The game is a turn based game where you utilise your weapons and take out the other team.
