Snooker for PSP
26 February 2010
Summary: Purchased this for my Grandson and he was absolutely delighted with it. Very easy to use (he has learning difficulties and he used it immediately). Was a bit dubious about buying a used product but was as new. Excellent value.
Summary: Although I agree with the article about the bugs (Such as the jumping of the white as it travels) overall it doesn't affect the game in anyway!!! This is a really good game with loads of improvements over 2005, such as the positional help. Overall a top game.
Excerpt: When I got World Championship Snooker 2005 2 years ago I was really happy with the game play and thought it was fantastic. It was really good on the pc and suited it really well. When I learn that World Championship Snooker 2007 wasn’t going to be brought out on the pc, I was upset at first and thought to myself, what console shall I get it on? I decided I would give the psp version a shot.
Summary: Im a huge snooker fan and enjoy playing the computer games. This is easily the best to date. My only complaint is with one of the commentators, I have no idea who it is but all he ever does is moan, even when you play a great shot he moans. Great game though all the same.
Excerpt: Having owned Snooker 2005 I keenly awaited the updated version with more pro's and tournaments included and a promise of improved gameplay. I was immediately impressed with the graphics from the loading sequence which accurately reflect those in the game .... however ... the initial impression is slightly let down by the menu system which looks like it was a rush job at the last minute ...
Pros: Great variety, sharp graphics and animation, fast action
Cons: Let down by background noise - turn it off ! !
