Summary: So let me preface this with: I LOVE WARHAMMER AND WARHAMMER 40K!!! That being said... this is not a very good game. Good card play, seems identical to the card game from what little I've played of it. BUT! as other reviews have said. There is ZERO story line. Consider this more of a tournament of warhammer CCG rather than an actual GAME.
Summary: This game is interesting to me because I used to play the CCG (collectible card game) called WARCRY (similar to Yu-Gi-Oh, Magic the Gathering, etc). It was a WARHAMMER CCG that is no not being produced anymore... I really liked the card game so I bought this. I like this game too, but it is kinda hard to see everything, maybe the small screen is the issue. But you can zoom to see the text on the cards, etc. You should like this if you are into CCGs or WARHAMMER.
Summary: I picked up this game while searching for a portable strategy game and was not disappointed. The game combines elements of strategy and virtual card collecting in a satisfying manner. Battle against both real and computer opponents is supported. Turn-based combat using collected cards is the core of the game. Combat against an opponent consists of multiple combat rounds, each lasting from 10-20 minutes, in a best of 3 format.
Summary: Warhammer WarCry: Battle for Atluma This is a great game. I have a blast buying the cards (in game so it doesn't burn a hole in your pocket) and beating up opponents. The game is strictly a virtual TCG (trading card game) so if your not into that kind of stuff, I doubt you will be able to play for long periods of time. But overall a great game! [...].
Summary: This game is sort of a cross between Dungeons and Dragons and Magic: The Gathering, for PSP. Overall, it's a strong game. It has a good battle system, and does quite well as a single-player game. So why did I give it a 3 star overall rating? The overall design of the game is very poor, and there is no plot. I mean this literally: the entire single-player game consists of playing against different opponents.
